Glasner Studio Virtual Tour

The Glasner Studio Virtual Tour is an interactive learning tool open to anyone with an interest in the history and art of Edgar Miller. Initially constructed from 1928 to 1932 in what would become the Old Town neighborhood of Chicago, the Glasner Studio is considered Edgar Miller’s masterpiece of art, design, and architecture. The multi-level town home is an extraordinary artistic environment intended for exploration, education, and inspiration. The home remains a private residence.

This tour offers 360-degree views of nearly every room of the home’s many floors and levels. Visitors can leisurely explore the Glasner Studio and learn more about numerous examples of Miller’s art exhibited throughout the self-guided, multimedia tour. Navigation Guide

As you move throughout the virtual space, you can use your device to pan around and view the 360-degree vistas of each room. You can also zoom in and out to change your vantage point of certain views throughout the tour by using your mouse or pinching your touch screen.

When exploring the Glasner Studio virtually, keep an eye out for the common hot spot and menu items you will see all around you. Some may even be above or below your line of sight on ceilings or floors, so take some time to look all around. There are plenty of surprises hidden throughout the space.

Remember, most hotspots have audio or visual components, and the informational articles may contain links to essays, lectures, and other media from the Edgar Miller Legacy Archive.
